The target audience of the media product is a niche- as the magazine will be produced for Trinity School only, both the pupils and the staff may be interested, however, the product is primarily aimed at the pupils of the school, in particularly those who are fans, or are interested in sports.
The contents of the product are primarily based upon stories, images and sporting news that will hopefully encourage children at Trinity to participate in sport, promoting a healthy lifestyle. For example, the staff's experience will help to encourage pupils, using the dialogue of interviews provided by sixth formers who will produce the content of the product. The imagery used on the title page will help to encourage pupils, who will aspire to be like the healthy, sucessful sportsman as portrayed in the images.
The sixth formers will also provide tips and advice for pupils looking to get involved, and even those who perhaps are not so keen, so that a larger audience is attracted. The magazine will be a monthly, free of cost magazine produced by the school, therefore it will also be advertised around the school to catch potential reader's eyes.
